Camp Staff Picnic

It’s been a long year of hard work and planning, and it’s almost time for the big show – CAMP! But before that happens, let’s celebrate all we’ve accomplished!

Our last camp meeting will be held at coordinator Lisa Bianchi’s house on Friday, July 13th, from 6-8 p.m.

Here’s what you’re contributing to the picnic (ordered by first initial of last name):

A-C: Drinks
D-M: Dessert
N-Z: Side/Salad

***Please also bring your donation item or money for the Camp Auction basket. The theme is “Luau.” Items can be anything from cups, drink mix, party decorations…even cash so that camp can buy items for the basket. If you wish to seek out donations from local businesses, we do have a Tax ID number that you can give them. ***

From 6-6:30 p.m., we will hold the business portion of our meeting. Then at 6:30 p.m. is dinner and the committee/staff job meetups.
