Directions to Las Posadas 4-H Camp

Las Posadas 4-H Club Camp is located North and East of Napa and St. Helena, and South from Angwin. Hwy 29 is the connecting link through Napa Valley. Traveling time from Santa Rosa to Las Posadas is a little over an hour.

FROM SANTA ROSA/NORTH AREA: take Mark West Springs Rd. exit from 101. LEFT at Calistoga Rd. – over hill to Calistoga.

FROM OTHER AREAS: Take Hwy 12 East to the St. Francis Shopping Center- LEFT on Calistoga over the hill to Calistoga.

RIGHT at stop sign at the bottom of the hill in Calistoga- go through another stop sign in Calistoga. Go south on Hwy 29, past Bale Lane, LEFT at Deer Park Road (if you reach Graystone Winery, you’ve gone too far).

Go up the mountain about 7 miles.
— Archery range and ball park on the left.
— Big sign welcoming you to Angwin on the right.

Cold Springs Road is immediately after the sign. RIGHT on Cold Springs Road. Look for the small 4-H Camp sign posted near street sign.

LEFT at the “Y” in the road. Pass Las Posadas State Forest Headquarters, about a mile or so from the “Y”.

LEFT at Camp Road. Please close the gate once you are in. Follow road down to the parking lot and park.

For delivering campers to camp – You will come down the main camp road and go out the back way, to alleviate confusion and congestion. If you visit during the week, please follow the regular road rules listed below.

The road into camp is a one way road: you can only drive down to camp on the hour, Up out of camp on the half hour. This rule will be enforced at all others times, with the exception during Sunday morning’s drop off times.
